RETURN & REFUND POLICY – EVOQ

At EVOQ, we strive to deliver high-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Returns are accepted only for:

    • Damaged products

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Size issues (exchange preferred)

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed products

  • Items without original tags/packaging

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sales (if mentioned)

3. Exchange

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or defect issues, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the shipping cost.

  • For other cases (like size exchange), the customer may need to bear return shipping charges.
