RETURN & REFUND POLICY – EVOQ
At EVOQ, we strive to deliver high-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Returns are accepted only for:

Damaged products

Wrong item delivered

Size issues (exchange preferred)

2. Non-Returnable Items

Used or washed products

Items without original tags/packaging

Products purchased during clearance or special sales (if mentioned)
3. Exchange

Exchanges are allowed for size or defect issues, subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the shipping cost.

For other cases (like size exchange), the customer may need to bear return shipping charges.
